Becky brings more than 25 years of executive leadership experience building and growing U.S. subsidiaries for international space and defense companies. Her expertise in scaling organizations, leading complex operations, and driving strategic growth will help guide Sodern America through its expansion into the U.S.
As CEO, Becky will lead the company's strategy and operations in the United States, strengthening Sodern America's presence in the U.S. market, expanding its manufacturing capabilities in Colorado, and delivering high precision, world-class optronic solutions, including star trackers and space cameras, to support the nation's growing civil, commercial, and defense space missions.
Prior to joining Sodern America, Becky served as Senior Vice President of Finance & Business Operations at Astroscale U.S. Inc., where she built and scaled the company's operations and supported its growth as a leader in on-orbit servicing. She brings that experience to accelerating Sodern America's growth and position as a trusted partner to the U.S. space community.
